SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All in-stock items are processed within 1-2 business days.

You will receive your order based on the shipping method you selected below:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
  • 2-Day Shipping: 2 business days (ships same day if ordered by 2pm EST, and next business day if ordered after 2pm EST)
  • Overnight Shipping: Next business day (ships same day if ordered by 2pm EST, and next business day if ordered after 2pm EST)

What are your shipping costs?

Within the mainland United States: Standard Ground Shipping is free for orders over $150. For orders under $150, we offer Standard Ground Shipping starting at $12.

Alaska & Hawaii: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

We also offer paid 2-Day and Overnight Shipping to the mainland U.S. Rates vary upon destination and are calculated at checkout.

 

SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY

How long will it take for my international order to arrive?

All in-stock items are processed within 1-2 business days. We do not have control over the carriers and their transit times, but we will provide you with a tracking number so you can estimate delivery timing.

  • Canadian orders ship via FedEx Ground or DHL Express.
  • More carriers may be added in the future.

What are your international shipping costs?

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on item weights and dimensions, destination and shipping method selected. We pass along our preferred rates from FedEx, DHL Express and other carriers.

What is your international return policy?

At this time, we are unable to accept any returns on orders shipped internationally.

What do I do if I receive a damaged item and/or the wrong item?

In the rare event that merchandise arrives damaged or an incorrect item is received, please email us at services@mayamorganizer.com within 5 days of receiving your package so we can resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
