Depending on the event – but most of the time only full sessions will be broadcast.

Website, Instagram Live, Zoom, Google Live.
What is your return policy?
All new and unused items are eligible for a refund within 30 days of placing your order.
Items must be returned unopened, with tags and in their original packaging.
Items ineligible for returns:
- Any order that was placed more than 30 days ago.
- Any item marked as “Final Sale.”
- Any item shipped internationally.
How do I make a return?
To start a return, please visit our Return Center and enter in the email address that you used when placing your order and click “Start a Return.” You will receive an email with a link that will direct you to our Return Center where you can choose the item(s) you would like to return and select the reason(s) for the return.
Affix the label to your package and take it to a USPS drop-off location. The return label fee is $10, which will be deducted from your refund. If you would like to use your own return shipping method, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we would be happy to assist you.
Mayam Organizer LLC is not liable for damage caused by inadequate packaging by you or if the item is damaged or lost while in transit. Items that are damaged when we receive them will not be eligible for refund.
As soon as we receive your return and determine that it is in resell able condition, we will issue your refund right away. Your refund will have the $10 return label fee and any original delivery, shipping and handling fees paid deducted from the total. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 days to complete depending on the processing time, which varies between credit card issuers.
How do I start an exchange?
We only accept exchanges for different sizes of the same item. To start an exchange for a new size, please visit our Return Center and enter in the email address that you used when placing your order and click “Start a Return.” You will receive an email with a link that will direct you to our Return Center where you can choose the item(s) you would like to exchange. Please make sure you check off the box that says “Is this an exchange?”. Finally, please specify which size you would like to exchange it for in the “Additional Comments” field. The $10 return label fee will be waived on exchanges for different sizes.
Please note, if the size you would like to exchange it for has sold out, a member of our team will reach out to you to assist you with next steps.
We are unable to accept exchanges for two different items (only different sizes). If you would like to return one item and receive a different one, you will need to process a return and then place a new order for the different item(s).
What do I do if I receive a damaged item and/or the wrong item?
In the rare event that merchandise arrives damaged or an incorrect item is received, please email us at email@example.com within 5 days of receiving your package so we can resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
